Lesson 3: Documents for educational management institutions.

Lesson 3: Documents for educational management institutions.

The preliminary ideas that I have over this lesson is that there is that, there are  documents that must be approves in the school environment, that can affect the teaching of the school.

In this lesson I have learned about the Educational Project. Of the  Educational Project I have learned who approves it, and when the changes should be done,  also what it. Describes, establishes and what it defines, also I have learned what the Educational Project determines, and also what documents are included inside the Educational Project, which are the Language Plan ,the Form teacher action plan, the community-building. Plan,  the internal regulation, the Educational Diversity and Inclusion Plan, the reading promotion plan,  the educational project of the dining service, the lifeling learning action plan for teachers, the specific school day plan and book reuse programm.

The other document I have learned in this lesson is the Annual General Programme, and what does it allow, which has 2 parts:
Part 1, which includes:
o   The coordinated development of all educational activities.
o   The proper exercise of the power of the different governing bodies.
o   The participation of all sectors of the schools community on the basis of the principles of co-education.
o   The updating of the new actions of the Community-Building Plan that are proposed for the current school year based on the previous school year's community-building report.
o   The pedagogical criteria for drawing up the timetable of the students.
o   The educational projects if modifications have been made, or if it had been approved in the previous academic year.
o   The mechanisms for evaluating the improvemet measures improvement consequence of the results obtained in the different evaluation processes.
o   The annual programme of extracurricular activities and complementary services.
o   An administrative report that will include the organisation document of the  center, the statistics at the beginning of the academic year and the condition of the facilities and equipment.
o   The organisational aspects of the calendar of meeting and interviews with the legal representatives of the students.
PART 2

Which includes the Improvement action Plan and the Lesson Plan. And the Lesson Plan: these will be available and accessible to all members of the educational community at all time. The management of the educational centre  will monitor that the development of the meets the formal requirements set out in the applicable regulations. The educational inspection authorities will also  supervise and follow up these lesson plan.

What is more difficult to learn?
I think it can be difficult to know the definition and to no confuse both documents, so here I have done a small summary summarising what each one does
Educational project: A project in education is a collaborative process, frequently involving different teacher and educational staff, that is carefully planned to achieve a particular aim of learning.
Annual General Programm: is a document governing the school’s planning, management and performance, also clarifying aspect to include in the Educational Project.

What knowledge can I generate?

These two videos explain the Educational Project.

This video explains the  Annual General Program.

After revising this topic, I wanted to have more clear the diferences between the educational project and the annual general programm, and after reading an article from Sonia Andachi, now I know clearly the what is, the structure and the characteristics of the Educational Projects. Then after reading an article from the school San Javier, which is in Murcia I know what the Annual Gerenal programm is and what it includes.

The in another authors article, Ester Álvarez, I found all the documents of the center together, so I could compare them and know for what is each plan used . for, what it includes, and the characteristics
